At the December 21 WCAG team meeting the group decided to pursue the idea
of adding a new level 2 success criterion to Guideline 2.5 and to draft a
How to Meet document. I have created a draft of the How to Meet document
for the proposed new SC, "Information and Cues are provided when content
requires user input" [1] for review by team C.
