Good point Cynthia. I think we got caught up in the use of IDs with HEADERS
only and forgot that there are other uses for IDs.
I have updated the issue now so that IDs in layout tables would not be a
failure.

Why is it problematic to use id attributes on tables? This is often done
to attach script or css to a particular cell.
