Hi - here's a link to some general techniques that David MacDonald created for Guideline 2.5. http://www.eramp.com/david/general/ I'd suggest that the people working "top down" take a look and see if there's material you want to extract for the guide doc materials for your success criterion, or if you'd like to take David's techniques as a starting point for general techniques development. David provided a lot of suggestions for related technology specific techniques, so the "bottom up" people may also want to take a look to see if there are technology specific techniques and test cases you want to develop from this. Recycling as much as possible saves us all work!
