updated G2.5 L2 SC2 Guide Doc - per my action items

Attached is html file of updated Guide Document per my two action items from
Monday's Team C call, and attempting to reflect comments made at that call.
I took out a lot of material deemed extraneous from that call, and attempted to
fit the current structure (for Guide Doc for G2.5 L2 SC1).
