Team C had an action item (from 22 December WCAG WG teleconference minutes 
[1])
to "update the 'intent' section of
2.5.3 to clarify the term data storage system".    I did not attend this 
teleconference, and thus
did not participate in the discussion on this item,
but I came across the following resource on "data storage systems", and 
thought it might possibly
be useful pertaining to the action item?
