RE: Action items from 1/23/07 meeting

Here is an example for 1.4.6. I have tested in IE7 and Safari; I no longer have easy access to IE6 or to other browsers like FF or Opera, but its pretty simple so they should be OK, the only one I'd be concerend with is IE6, so if any of you has it available can you check it.
