Team B Meeting of Oct 17

I will not be able to attend the next Team B meeting, and we already
have regrets from Gez. I'd appreciate it if the team could review the
proposal that I just sent to the mailing list. If people want to use the
meeting slot, it is still available. Or respond to the teamb list.
