I reviewed all the issues assigned to Team B and filled in sort terms to identify comments that address the same topic. I also marked these with [HOLD]. Issues with the same sort term should be looked at together, so we generate the same response to all the comments. Some sort items tag issues assigned to different groups, so we'll have to decide how to coordinate. As you select comments for proposals, you might start with comments without sort terms. The easiest way to find them is to use the Open (No Holds) link for Team B. Another approach would be to look at all the comments on a particular success criterion, so that we know when we have finished with it. When tackling comments with sort terms, please prepare a summary and a recommendation (if you want to propose one) and post it to the group. The end of the summary should include the complete comments for each item in the group. We've got 150 open items. Can we try to generate 20 proposals a week? Loretta
