SC 2.4.2 requires 2 of the listed navigation techniques. I have 2
questions:

1.	Shouldn't it be "2 or more", that is, we shouldn't require
exactly 2?
2.	Since there is a native navigation mechanism (that is, reading
the page and following whatever links it contains), do we really mean to
require 2 more methods? Or do we mean 1 method from the list, in
addition to native navigation?
