RE: GL 2.4 last call Tasks

The test section needs to be written for each technique doc.   

That is the place to check off that the test has been written/included in
the technique doc for that technique.  (see technique template)

Tests completed for sufficient techniques?

is for?  Are tests being setup and run on each technique?
