I have drafted a general technique and test for Situation C of success 
criterion 1.3.2. Situation C is The user agent for the technology being 
used supports an accessibility API.   The technique is Using features of 
the technology to ensure that color attributes are available via the 
accessibility API.  Please review the technique in the wiki at [1] and 
provide any feedback. The technique is very basic - any edits appreciated.
