I made another attempt to update this failure, based on our extensive discussion. I have not addressed the distinction between buttons and links, and I made the test procedure more general. I kept Example 4, but added more explanation to indicate why it was so much more complex, but why it still failed. Is this getting any closer? Should we discuss the distinctions between links and buttons, to help people understand how to apply the test procedure? Should we keep Example 4 or not?
