Re: tests 48 and 49 (was - Re: Summary of HTML Techniques for GL 3.1)

Actually, I was suggesting that he also include pass/fail example code 
that shows an XHTML 1.1 only example.  Currently the pass/fail examples 
are xhtml 1.0  only.  But, since the examples are so similar it probably 
isn't necessary.
