Hi John + Ben, When I open the mapping document in IE I get the XML just like you. The problem is with the XML declaration in the first line. IE has a bug and can't stand it if anything appears before the DOCTYPE. I will send an edited version directly to your e-mail address. Ben, I saw you edited the original document, could you fix the online version please?
