WCAG WG Team B: agenda for tomorrow, future meeting times

Hello all,

For those of you who responded, thank you for sending times that you can 
meet.  We will meet tomorrow at 4:00pm-6:00pm EDT/20:00-22:00 UTC. Phone 
information: +1.617.761.6200, conference 92242 ("WCAG2"). (per Gregg's 
message at [1]).  Also, we'll be using IRC. server: irc.w3.org:6665

After that, it looks like the best time for us to meet is Wednesdays 15:00 
- 16:00 UTC - 8 am PDT / 11:00 AM EDT /5:00 PM CEST / 6:00 
PM  Jerusalem.  Please let me know if I missed any details and if this time 
does not work for you.

Keep in mind that we will begin having 2 meetings per week:
1. our team meeting on Wednesdays
2. the WCAG WG meeting on Thursdays

* Review of Guideline 3.1 [2] and known issues [3]
* Create work plan
   - issue resolution
   - work on the success criteria if needed
   - guide documents [4]
   - general techniques (pull from guide documents)
   - technology specific techniques [5,6]
   - test cases [7]
* Strategies for communication and completion of task
