I hadn't remembered quite such significant edits, but I think it's OK. I'd like to suggst a slight editorial tweak for readability: change "user agent supported manner" to "manner supported by user agents" in the text of the definition. Change the Note to read "Supported by user agents means ..." These do not affect the substance of either the definition or the note. But "user agent supported" is hard to read and understand.
