If in my comments I make a specific suggestion for wording --- and you adopt that suggestion just as I suggested, then you do not need to check with me to see if I accept. You only need to check with me if I don't give any advice or you propose to solve the problem in some other manner. That should save you some confirmations. I also believe that you should be able to follow that same procedure with comments from others IF (and only if) they suggest specific wording and you adopt it as proposed. If you have a question - give them a buzz and double check. Everyone - if you CAN - please make specific suggestions in your comments. Much easier all the way around.
