Was looking through the hold items for group A and though I would summarize for all groups. Here are the SORT NAMES for each group along with the counts. You can see we have SOME overlap we should look at these and collaborate when we get to processing the HOLD items. For now - keep working on your unsorted items to either CLOSE them or SORT them into SORT NAME. Then we can work on the sorted items in groups. The good news.. Many of the sorted items get closed in clumps. - when we get to them.
