31 January Minutes

Hello,

Minutes from today's call are attached. Additional action items were 
captured in the status tables at [1].

I'll be publishing new surveys for 1.2 and 3.2 tomorrow morning, so 
please update the status page as items are ready to survey and send me a 
  note so that I don't miss anything.
