Re: Please work on 3.2 drafting

I've had a go at providing a mechanism to open a new window instead of
opening an automatic pop-up window and changing the current window
without informing the user for 3.2.5. I've used as much best practice
I can, within the limits of poor browser support for scripting at this
moment in time.

I've attached the content for the technique, along with an html
document and a JavaScript document for the test (also loaded on my
