6 Techniques for guideline 1.1 that need checklist cleanup, 1 that needs 
survey comments incorporated and checklist cleanup.

13 Techniques for guideline 3.2 that need checklist cleanup, 3 that need 
  survey comments to be incorporated and 3 that need discussion. (all 
need checklist cleanup)

For 4.1, 2 need to be surveyed, 5 need comment cleanup and all need 
checklist cleanup.
