QUESTIONAIRE ISSUES

1.1. L1 SUCCESS CRITERIA 4

Using null

s-as-spacers> alt text
(http://www.w3.org/TR/2005/WD-WCAG20-HTML-TECHS-20050630/Overview.html#image
s-as-spacers) and no title attribute on img elements for images that are
purely decorative.

Some people find that all non-text elements should have a text alternative
(issue 1703),

so the second bullet may be debatable.

I don't see why spacer images should have a text alternative

 (except an empty string).

What if no technique for causing decorative items to be ignored

Then does 4.2 L1 SC1 kick in??? pretty dramatic for a spacer image.

When would this occur - where you had images for example but no alt form.

hmmmmm
