Hi all, I've just added the guide document for guideline 2.2 level 2 success criterion 1 to the Wiki [1] I haven't added any examples yet, but I'll add some through the week. Under techniques, I've included: Use "text-decoration: blink" with CSS, and provide alternate style sheets that do not cause content to blink. Style sheets can then either be switched off completely, or the alternate non-blinking version can be selected. I don't feel comfortable with this suggestion, as I really wanted to recommend avoiding using text-decoration with CSS as it's difficult to disable, but that's really a user agent issue. I can also provide an example script for adding blink effects with a pause option, if that would be useful?
