Hi all. Ref: https://www.w3.org/wbs/114156/heading-is-descriptive-rule-updates/ The CG has discussed on a number of occasions whether or not empty headings are a WCAG failure and, if so, under which SC they should be failed. After our last talk, we decided to put together a survey to gather feedback from you on how we should update the rule. Please complete it by 25 March. Remember that participants of both groups can answer the questionnaire irrespective of what the questionnaire header says. Thanks much.
