We closed out the last issues and pull requests for the ACT Rules Format
version 1.1. We believe we are ready to take this to the next stage, which
is candidate recommendation. You can review the latest editor's draft here:

This CfC ends Thursday June 26th. Please respond with +1 if you support
going to candidate recommendation, or with -1 if you disagree. After ACT
Task Force approval we will bring this to the Accessibility Guidelines
Working Group, requesting them to approve this for candidate recommendation.
