Re: Homework: ACT annual rule reviews

Hey folks,
For those of you who signed up for surveys and haven't completed them,
please do so *before the start of Thursday's meeting. *Also, please try to
attend this Thursday's call so that we can discuss the results with
everyone.

One common question has been that some of the rules don't have 1. A version
number listed yet, and 2. don't have assumptions and accessibility support
in the background yet. For the purpose of this survey, you can ignore this.
There is an open pull request which will address this for all rules at once.
