ACT Annual rules review, due Sept 28

Hey folks,
As discussed on yesterday's ACT call, the ACT Task Force is expected to
review all our existing rules at least once a year to check they are still
current. I've assigned each of you three or four rules to review. This
review is *due September 27th*.

You can see which rules are assigned to you in the "Checker 1" and "Checker
2" columns of the ACT spreadsheet:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1OSkPFocXk4K3zYLnwS78WLsWO4PvE5yRcsauyefuIUI/edit#gid=0

For these checks, you'll fill out the survey form as normal:
https://forms.gle/3iZypCufqNe3Kko97

*Couple of things to note:*
- There is no tab for each survey. The answer to question 8 (accept or
reject) will be in the "verdict" column next to your name.
- If we need to review the details of your response we can do so during the
call by creating a tab. Your answers are saved, they're just hidden.
- The rule ID is under the "ID" column (B), and the link to the page is in
the "Rule" column (C)
- There is an "Open issues" (I) column with a link to issues related to the
rule

Please also note, for September 21st there are two surveys due as well.
Minimum contrast and Orientation transform (see ACT spreadsheet).

If you have any questions, if I did not include your name as checker, or if
you're unable to complete the reviews before the 28th please send me a
direct message and I'll switch some things around.
