Subject: Call for consensus: Remove "Under development" from ACT pages

Hey folks,

The ACT facilitators would like to remove the "Under development" banner and "draft" status message from the WAI ACT pages. AGWG has previously approved these pages, but ACT TF wanted to wait until we had made more progress on secondary requirements.

Last week PR 1920 (https://github.com/act-rules/act-rules.github.io/pull/1920) was merged. This was a partial fix to secondary, and so now implementations that do not report AAA criteria for AA rules can be consistent.

This call for consensus ends on Thursday October 13th, prior to the ACT TF call. You can see the previous here: https://deploy-preview-142--wai-wcag-act-rules.netlify.app/standards-guidelines/act/implementations/

If you agree with the changes, please respond with +1, if you disagree, please respond with -1. We'll want each implementor listed in the pages to confirm they are ready for their implementation results to be published.

Unlike most Call for Consensus e-mails I am including the ACT-Rules CG on this, since not all implementors are on the Task Force mailing list.

Kind regards
