Reminder: No ACT TF call this week (there's a CG call though!)

Hey folks,
Quick reminder that because of US thanksgiving, we have cancelled this
week's ACT TF call. As far as I've heard the CG call is happening as usual
though, so feel free to join that. Also, there are two surveys open due
next week, so please fill those out:

- Form field label is descriptive
- HTML element language subtag matches language
