This is a call for consensus to adding three new common input aspects.
These were found to be missing, so we have a small gap to fill. These
updates were discussed and agreed on during today's ACT TF call.
This CFC ends on February 23rd. If you approve, please respond with +1, if
you disapprove respond with -1.
