Hey folks,
This pull request updates the CSS Styling aspect ratio, adding in a brief
description that says that all test cases assume there are no user styles
applied to the page. Otherwise for instance if a user style always set
letter-spacing to 0.12em, the failed examples of the letter-spacing rule
could never fail.
