As discussed on yesterday's ACT Call, we are looking to update the Language
input aspect. This update provides some additional clarifications, which we
were previously including in the background section of some rules. This
helps us keep the rule pages a little more concise.
This CfC ends Thursday October 28th. If you are in support of the change,
please respond with +1. If you are opposed to it, respond with -1.
