This Call for Consensus is to accept the following two rules as ready for publication. This CFC ends on Monday October 18th 2021. Please respond with +1 if you are in favor of the decision, or respond with -1 if you are opposed.

These two rules have been surveyed recently, and have been updated according to the survey responses. When the CFC is approved, these rules are added to the list of rules ready for AG.
