Call for review: xml:lang matches, remove incorrect inapplicable examples #

Hey folks,
This pull request removes a few examples from the xml:lang matches lang
attribute rule. One example because it's actually a pass, and two others
because they do not satisfy success criterion 3.1.1. This review period
lasts 1 week, ending on November 26th. If you have any concerns with the
