Subject: [EXT] CFC: Accept "Scrollable element is keyboard accessible" for publication

Hey folks,
We believe that the Scrollable element is keyboard accessible rule is ready for publication on the W3C website, see: https://act-rules.github.io/rules/0ssw9k.

This call for consensus (CFC) is to add this rule to the batch of rules which will be shared with the Accessibility Guidelines Working Group for publication at some point in the near(-ish) future. Please respond with +1 if you are in favor, or -1 if you have concerns with this.

This CFC ends on Tuesday February 16st 17:00 GMT.

Kind regards,
