Due 29 Oct. - ACT TF : Open surveys

Hi everyone!

Some of our rule review surveys didn't have the minimum of 5 reviewers, so
we extended the due date for a week. Please take the time to complete the
surveys with your valuable feedback.  All are due this Thursday, 29
October.

Note the due dates in the list below and complete the surveys prior to the
corresponding Thursday's meeting time.
   (atomic rule) - 'audio' or 'video' that plays automatically has a
   control mechanism:
