Take action! ACT TF: Open surveys

Hi everyone!

Reminders of open surveys and an ask to also complete the ACT TF
decision-making process survey by this week's meeting on 15 October. This
will ensure we maximize each of our meetings and not be over-burdened for
the 22 October meeting.

Note the due dates in the list below and complete the surveys prior to the
corresponding Thursday's meeting time.
   Due 15 October - Role attribute has valid value:
