NOTE TIMES!! ACT TF Meeting Agenda Thursday 19 March

Hi everyone!

Important reminder!  The meetings are moving to Zoom instead of WebEx.  The
link to the page that has all of the new meeting link, password, and
dial-in numbers is https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/93339/telco/. As we
transition, this week Shadi will open the meeting in both WebEx and Zoom so
we don't lose anyone!

This is the last week where we'll have the difference in Daylight Savings
for the U.S. where it hasn't in Europe.  This means the meeting is 1 hour
later than usual here in the U.S. but the same time elsewhere.
