RE: NOTE TIMES!! ACT TF Meeting Agenda Thursday 19 March

Would it be possible in the rules to add the ability to open each of the test cases in a new tab? It would make manual testing easier for me because I need the test case in a browser where I can use a testing bookmarklet.

Although I wouldn't use a bookmarklet for https://act-rules.github.io/rules/b33eff, Orientation of the page, having each test case launch in a separate tab would make testing easier.

Please let me know if I should open an issue.
