Subject: 48 Hour Call for Consensus: Rule ready to go to AG WG for review and publishing

Hi everyone!

This is a 48 hour Call for Consensus (CfC) for finalizing an ACT Rule that checks ARIA. This rule won't be published as part of the
WCAG conformance rules, but may get published as part of the ARIA WG materials. This CFC is to finalize the rule and queue it for
sending to the ARIA WG to eventually publish.
This rule was previously reviewed and discussed at ACT TF meetings and is updated per comments received.

1. aria-* attribute is defined in WAI-ARIA: https://act-rules.github.io/rules/5f99a7

This CfC is now open for objection, comment, as well as statements of support via email. Silence will be interpreted as support,
though messages of support are certainly welcome.

If you object to this proposed action, or have comments concerning this CfC, please respond by replying on list to this message no
later than 6:00 PM Boston Time, Monday 27 July.

Best regards,

Mary Jo
