      Thurs-Fri is the ACT meeting

      6 October: Crowne Plaza will release any unused rooms in our block.
      Hotel rooms will be sold at current market rates: north of 450
      USD/night.

      7 October: Fees will increase from 115 USD two weeks from this
      Friday, 22 Sept. Late and unpaid registrants will be charged 175
      USD/day. IMPORTANT: We have only a few rooms left at Crowne Plaza
      hotel at 319 USD plus taxes.

      20 October: Audio/visual wbs reply due from Group Chairs. Please note
      that the hotel will need to secure polycom telephones because they do
      not have more than a handful available at the hotel.

      20 October: Late registration will end. Folks will need to register
      on-site.
