The ACT TF will be meeting on Wednesday at 15:00 Central European Time
(Length: up to 60 minutes). See:

NOTE: This should give you the correctly shifted times. In the U.S., the
times will remain the same as previous weeks - 10 Eastern, but in other
parts of the world the meeting is 1 hour earlier since daylight savings
time hasn't started yet.
