you. We were in Redfields until about 2:30 pm PST and then found a 
conference room.

Both Redfields and the Bar at the Hyatt do not accept reservations.

I suggest we do separate lunches and meet at 1:30pm at the Lobby Bar 
(Harbor Tower). They should have space there as they only sever food from 
4pm onward. It also starts getting crowded at that time, so we would need 
to slowly wrap by then.

Note that Mary Jo and/or I may be needed for the EOWG f2f meeting held at 
a different hotel.

Other suggestions welcome.
