UPDATE meeting date

Hi everyone,

Given that the next meeting I planned collided with Thanksgiving, and the
one after that would have with Christmas, we're shifting the auto-WCAG
meetings back a week. So,

Next meetings:
November 17th, 16:00-17:30 CET
December 15th
January 12,
etc, every 4 weeks repeating.
