Video Prop Support - the next few days

Hi Laura, Jade, and Michele, Shadi,

I spoke with Kevin and the planning team yesterday about our proposal for helping with the video props. Although Kevin very much appreciated the willingness for us to meet with him to go through videos and provide feedback that way, he explained that there is a higher priority need for the time that we have left. It is one that I explained a little to you of what I was working on in the Props To Do document.

Here is what help is needed in short order. In summary, he needs prop ideas and examples where there are none at the moment. This is the highest priority. If we can get ideas and examples to Kevin within the next 3-5 days that would be best.

Here is what we need to do (similar to what I walked through during the Tuesday meeting):

  * Open the Props To Do<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1QxY8taYi4q7EzUsJhS5NfckdJ7NZtLp9S24W1DC4e0k/edit> Google document
  * Look down the list for Props that are not crossed off yet (Those that are crossed off have either been created or are in progress)
  * For each prop not crossed off, do the following...
     * Based on the video title and scene number, open the script page<https://wai-people-use-web-videos.netlify.app/people-use-web/videos/> for that prop and read that specific scene's audio and visuals information
     * Using the links at the top of the To Do page, open the corresponding version 3 (or version 4 if ready) video and watch it, especially the scene that needs the prop
     * Think about what kind of simple prop could really help convey the information from the script visuals (and audio)
     * Search the internet to try to find some kind of example similar to what you are thinking about recommending
     * In the Google doc, highlight that prop bullet and add a comment with your idea and the link to the example that you found

     * When going down the list, if there is already a comment (idea and/or example) by someone else, read through it and add more detail or fine tuning

Feel free to look at some of my examples to get the idea.

This is basically what will help Kevin the most at this point. He needs us to do this so that it saves him the time of trying to think of so many different ideas for props. In your comments you can add details like, "this should be a full screen prop," or "zoom in on this part... pan to that part..." or "start the prop at 1:34 time."

Please help provide some of this information in the next few days. We will talk more at the meeting on Friday, but try and do a couple before then.
Thanks,
Brent
