RE: [EOWG Videos] No meeting, homework

As EOWG Chair, I would like to write a big Thank You for all of your leadership, guidance, and persistence on this project. I know we are actually only about half way there, but now the fun part starts.

As we go through this phase, please feel free to call on the sub-group via email any time you need a quick turnaround or an extra set of eyes to help you make decisions with the production company. In past video projects, I know many times you called on the sub-group for opinions on talent, music, cuts/fades, and other small nuances, having us watch footage over and over to provide our recommendations. Happy to do that again this go-around.

Dear EOWG Video Subgroup,

CONGRATULATIONS!!! Thanks to your amazing help, our video scripts are now done (the EOWG survey closed with no comments or any objections, which I think means that it was approved). We are nearly done with this project but there are a few more things to do. As discussed during the Friday EOWG call, please schedule time for the following important tasks:

  *   Thursday 1st, 8th, and 15th December: please schedule ~2-3 hours to review all 20 videos
  *   Friday 2nd, 9th, and 16th December: please attend the ~3-hour EOWG meeting to discuss

We will *NOT meet this week, Tuesday 15 November*. In fact, we will probably not meet any of the coming Tuesdays, but please keep them in your calendars for now just in case anything unforeseen comes up.

@Jade, please go ahead with your copy-editing of the scripts and let me know when you're done.

@everyone, please continue to review the scripts, I'm sure there is an error somewhere in there (get the bait?)
