Upcoming Meetings and Work

Hi Video Sub-group,

Just finished with the EOWG planning meeting and good discussions with Kevin on the Video project. Turns out he could really use the help from the sub-group about thinking through and reviewing some of the digital props that are still needed for the videos. We have a bit more time for this work and want to use this Friday and next Tuesday's meetings to help. So here is the plan...


  *   Friday 16 December - We will use our normal EOWG meeting time (8:30am-10:30am ET) to meet about props. I will invite the larger group since it is a Friday meeting, but want to specifically ask you all to be sure to be there.
  *   Tuesday 20 December - We will use our normal Sub-group meeting time (8:00am-9:00am ET) to meet and continue. This will just be the Sub-group and maybe Kevin.

The videos will be published by the end of the year to meet obligations. However, we may be able to continue with some more prop feedback support in January to further fine tune the published videos.
