WAI translator volunteer

Hi everyone,

My name is Adiel and I am involved my some tech communities, mainly as a
translator.

As an extension of that work, I'm translating web technologies
documentation to Brazilian Portuguese, published on the site docs.dev.br [1]
and I want to join the WAI translator volunteer community.

I checked the related issues on GitHub and found the issue [Brazilian
Portuguese] UI terms [2].
I also checked the priority list and I want to translate the page [3].

I'll be waiting for the next steps and directions.
