My comments, just simple word-smithing stuff:

Background - paragraph after top 3 bullet points should read "increasingly"
not "increasing
Next paragraph says "specially catered" but I think you mean "specially
created"?

Scope:
Should the top 2 bullet points say "provide" rather than "entail"?

Other than that, I'm completely happy with the CFP.
