Hi Simon and all,

We had 9 papers submitted and assigned to 8 reviewers. Each paper will be
reviewed by 3 reviewers. Deadline for reviews is on Sunday 2/11 and I am
going to send a  reminder tomorrow for that.

Annika and Vivienne, is there anything else I forget?
